Basketball Hoggers!!!!!

One day I was in the gym shooting some hoops. I was having lots and lots of fun. then some girls that I've never met in my life before comes and asks me if she can play b-ball two on two and I said yes. when we started playing it going well, I shot 5 in and they got 4 in, but all of a sudden my partner acting up. she wouldn't pass the ball to me and I got so annoyed but I ignored it. Again I said "over here, I'm open", with my hand signal ready for the ball to be thrown. I was in the open but she just kept going to the basket to score and slam! The girl from the other team knocked the ball out of her hand and I just looked at her so disappointed. This happened at the YMCA gym at 12:45pm. It actually happened last week Saturday, the 16th of February, 2013. The girl was such a ball hogger and that got me so ticked off. When I was asking her to pass me the ball because she was too busy trying to impress some guy at the gym.I spoke to her directly after the first game. I walked up to her and said "Hey, so how did you  think we did?" She was like, "Pretty good, you?" I said, "we did pretty awesome but you need to pass me the ball when I'm open." She was like, "What do you mean?" The whole game." She said, "Sorry about that." I said, "Share the ball next time" and she told me she was going to. She could have done this because she loves basketball so much or she just forgot that I was on her team or she just didn't want to pass the ball to me. Why it causes their behavior of hogging the ball might be because they may not like you, they may not know, maybe they forgot you're playing with them, or they just don't want to pass you the ball.
